How to order:
Select the style, size and colour of the items you like and add them to your
shopping bag. If you want to change the quantity you can do so using the quantity
box in the shopping bag and clicking recalculate at the bottom of the screen.
You may also delete items by changing the quantity to zero and clicking recalculate.
Every effort has been made to represent colours accurately but they remain subject
to the variations produced by your individual equipment.
Supply:
We review the availability of stock daily to ensure the web site is as up to
date as possible. However, if an item is unavailable we are happy to suggest
an alternative or refund you, as required.
Payment:
The simplest way to pay is using PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account
you can still pay using Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Switch Maestro and
Solo. You will be given the option to save your details and create a PayPal account
if you wish. We also accept payment by cheque or postal order. These should be
made payable to Funky Fashion. Simply follow the online ordering process.
Delivery:
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of your order. Delivery times are the
responsibility of the carrier and may vary especially on bank holidays, weekends,
Easter, Christmas etc. All items are packaged in suitable boxes, jiffy bags and
envelopes to ensure that they arrive safely and undamaged. Delivery charges will
depend on the size of your order and will be shown in your shopping bag. Delivery
will be made to the address specified by you. Postal insurance is not offered.
Contract:
There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until payment for your
item is authorised by your bank or credit card insurer or, in the case of cheques
and postal orders, once we are in receipt of cleared funds. At any point up until
then we may decline to send items to you without giving any reason. Authorisation
for payment is required at the time of placing your order.
Returns and Refunds:
We pride ourselves on providing items made to the highest standards of quality.
If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return it
to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange, unused, undamaged, and in
a resaleable condition. Please note that postage is not refundable. If returning
items please complete the returns form and enclose it with your parcel. Please
ensure that all items are returned in suitable packaging, similar to that received
to avoid damage. We cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post, therefore
we would recommend return using special delivery or registered courier. Proof
of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. All items are returned
at your expense. Sale items are non-returnable unless they can be proved to be
faulty.
Security:
The web site has security measures in place which protect against the misuse
of personal information. Payment information is passed through PayPal's secure
server, making it virtually impossible for your details to be intercepted.
Personal Information:
To enable us to fulfil your order, we need to collect personal information such
as your name, address and email. We may wish to contact you from time to time
concerning special offers or new lines relating to the web site. If you do not
wish for your details to be used in this way please contact

Adjustments:
We may amend the web site, our services or prices at any time, with or without
prior notice to you. Prices featured for garments do not include delivery charges.
